All private jet charters and off-market estate bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the asset. Final balances are due 14 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated.
TravelwithSP acts as a lead logistics coordinator. While we only partner with vetted 5-star providers, we are not liable for mechanical delays or third-party service interruptions beyond our immediate control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
